Infopedia is the primary destination site for highly curated content to support the Sales and Marketing Service Group within Microsoft. The materials include a comprehensive collection of required and recommended training, SMSG Ready hubs, Gear Up articles, news and announcements, rich media collections of videos and podcasts.
Designing a comprehensive learning experience helping users to master quickly the large volume of personalized content, create contextual content experiences, provide deep product and services insights by connecting relevant resources to one another.
As the principal UX designer I was integrated within a small team of software engineers responsible for delivering a working "Proof of Concept" to Infopedia, learning management platform built around the SharePoint platform hosted on Microsoft Azure cloud. I was the lead designer creating the card patterns and specification for the launch of Infopedia 3.0
With the launch of Infopedia 3.0 portal, we have seen positive growth in both the consumer and commercial sector of the business with FY-16 year to date usage and performance metrics. Infopedia is now in the second phase of development to the “Publishing Tool” with the usage of cards continuing to grow with positive results and feedback from our users in the Sales field.
