Wally Labs

2017 - Present
Principal UX Designer leading the "Connected Living" charge as the premier IoT smart home devices
company acquired by Sears Holding Corporation. I collaborated closely with our Chicago UX team in
designing the Wally starter kit, master shutoff valve, and smart switch, maintaining ease of use to
customer onboarding and install process with a focus on mobile first with iOS and Android devices
follow by web applications.

2016
As the lead UX designer, I was instrumental in rolling out Infopedia 3.0 learning portal for field readiness
to “SMSG” Sales, Marketing, Service Group that leverages Microsoft SharePoint available only with Microsoft
corporate credentials. In collaboration with engineering, I was able to deliver a mobile first responsive design
that enables access anywhere, anytime with role tailored

2014
As a member of the management team, I reported directly to the CTO and executives team members,
sales engineers, customer support, professional services, product management, program management,
and engineering to define digital transformation to "SaaS" user experience while maintaining corporate
standards managing a team of UX designers and researchers.

Hewlett Packard Corporation

2011
As the product owner I led the overall user experience for Enterprise Cloud Services Virtual Private
Cloud a division of Hewlett Packard. I had the pleasure of defining the User Experience for the forthcoming
new portal across PAN HP incorporating IaaS, PaaS, SaaS in the enterprise cloud space.
